Worldwide Shipping for Forage Harvester Parts
RY AGRO provides worldwide shipping for aftermarket forage harvester parts, supporting customers across Europe, North America, South America, Russia, Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and other regions.
Depending on the destination, shipment size, delivery time and customer requirements, we can arrange sea freight, air freight, express courier, rail freight and road transportation.

SHIPPING METHODS
Sea Freight
The most cost-effective option for most international orders, especially for heavy agricultural machinery parts and large-volume shipments.
Air Freight
Suitable for urgent orders and smaller shipments. Delivery is significantly faster, but the shipping cost can be much higher than sea freight.
Express Courier
DHL, FedEx and other international express services can be arranged for samples, small parts and urgent shipments where available.
Rail Freight
Available for selected destinations, particularly for shipments between China, Central Asia and Europe.
Road Transportation
A practical option for Russia, Central Asia and other destinations accessible by international road freight.

Important: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, vessel schedules, weather, peak seasons and local delivery conditions.
For European customers, sea freight is usually the preferred option because air freight can be significantly more expensive. We strongly recommend planning your parts purchases in advance, especially before the harvesting season, to avoid delays affecting machine operation.
ORDER PREPARATION & DISPATCH
For most standard products, orders can normally be prepared and dispatched within approximately 7 days after payment confirmation.
Customized products, special specifications and made-to-order components may require additional production time. The estimated lead time will be confirmed before ordering.
PACKAGING
International shipments are professionally packed to protect heavy agricultural machinery parts during long-distance transportation.
We mainly use export-grade plywood cases and other suitable protective packaging according to the product size and weight.
Packaging can be prepared according to applicable international transportation and destination import requirements.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information depends on the selected shipping method.
For express and air shipments, tracking information is generally available after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
For sea freight with local door delivery, while the cargo is at sea, we can provide available vessel and shipment information. A local courier or last-mile tracking number may only become available after the cargo arrives at the destination port, completes customs clearance and is transferred to the local delivery carrier.
Therefore, it is normal that no final courier tracking number is available while the shipment is still at sea.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Customs clearance procedures, import duties, VAT/GST and other local charges vary by destination country and the selected Incoterm.
Depending on the destination and customer requirements, RY AGRO can support different shipping terms, including DDP, DAP and EXW.
DDP — Delivered Duty Paid
Where available, RY AGRO arranges transportation to the agreed destination and handles applicable import customs procedures and duties under the agreed quotation.
Best for: Customers who prefer a more convenient door-to-door solution.
DAP — Delivered at Place
RY AGRO arranges transportation to the agreed destination, while the buyer is generally responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes and other import-related charges.
Best for: Customers who can handle customs clearance locally but want us to arrange international transportation.
EXW — Ex Works
The buyer appoints their own freight forwarder to collect the goods from our factory in China and is responsible for the subsequent transportation, customs clearance, duties and related logistics arrangements.
Best for: Customers who already have their own freight forwarder or established import channels.
RECOMMENDATION FOR CERTAIN MARKETS
For some destinations in Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America, customs clearance procedures and local import requirements can be more complex.
In these cases, we often recommend EXW shipping with the customer’s own local freight forwarder. A freight company familiar with your country’s customs regulations and import procedures can often provide a more efficient solution and may also offer more competitive shipping costs.
RY AGRO can fully cooperate with your appointed freight forwarder and arrange for the goods to be collected directly from our factory in China.
PLAN AHEAD FOR HARVEST SEASON
Agricultural machinery parts are often time-sensitive during the harvesting season. International transportation, particularly sea freight, requires sufficient lead time.
We recommend ordering critical forage harvester parts well before the start of your harvesting season.
